After an intense Chest session, I vouched for a chicken stir-fry with asparagus, mushrooms and half a cup of oats (not shown) for carbs. Personally, I am not a fan of chicken. I rarely ever eat it. However, when I get the taste for it I usually grill it combined with other veggies to add flavor. You can't go wrong with lean chicken breast. Nutrition means recovery. Get lean!
